How many days does delivery take?
Standard Shipping orders are are delivered in 7-14 working days and are ₹100
Express Shipping orders (subject to availability) are are delivered in 1-4 working days and are ₹350
International Orders take 7-14 working days to reach
Once dispatched, you will get an automated SMS /Email update from our shipping partner with the tracking details.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
If order has been placed, you would have got an automated sms from Razorpay confirming your transaction.
You would have got a confirmation mail as well. Sometimes it comes in the promotions/spam folder.
You will also be getting the updates via sms on the number provided once the order has been shipped
Can I change/ cancel my order?
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel, make address updates, style, or size changes.
What is your Return Policy?
Once placed we do not refund orders.
We do understand that sometimes a garment may not fit you the way you had imagined, and in case of that, we do provide size exchanges within 24 hours of receiving the parcel
We also offer returns in exchange for store credit. For a style exchange, once the store credit is received it can be redeemed for your purchase of choice. Please note that shipping costs are non refundable
